 Let me introduce myself. I am The Masked Ninja, and this is my first of many, monthly reports on what is going on at South Shore Bemani. As you may or may not know, the DDR business is slow. The store is packed yet the Bemani corner is dead. So, I ask myself, why? Is it because of the new Jillian's, or is it everyone's school midterms, or just simply the holidays. Well, here's what I think. I think all the above mentioned is one of the major factors. The other reason is due to the fact that DDR started to peak out at this location. A case of overplaying and burning out. I think it is at a resting period and I fully expect it to gain interest again during the Christmas break. Also coming up at South Shore Bemani is the DDR International Weekend which will take place on January 12 and 13. Ted is desperately trying to do a lock in, but it looks pretty grim. The mall really isn't thrilled about the idea and is somewhat against it. Basically, Ted is gonna try to market the lock in to the mall as a fundraiser. He will donate a percentage of the money to a charity. He also has to work out a deal with the mall about having a security guard on call that night so we can use the mall rest rooms. If these things can be worked out, It will happen. If not, Ted will keep the store open till the mall shuts him down. Don't forget to bring cameras, posters, and anything else you might have that shows your love for DDR. Either way, lock in or not, we will have a lot of fun. I was gonna discuss the team situation and all the related drama, but Hdefined took the words right out of my mouth with his "2 Left Feet" column. Go check it out, it's a great article. As far as the other stuff going on. Fuzzi has been gone for awhile and it seems that all the drama went with him. As far as this Bizarro Goku character. It's pretty funny but we all know who it is. While on the subject of being funny. What's with all the photoshop pictures of The Rand Corporation? Seems like Ted is really being relentless with these Pix. The last one was great. It's Ok to be gay, too funny. The last bit of information is about the tournament that will take place if February. The rules are still being worked on by Sivus, Dill, Maryssa, and Ted. They have told me that everything would be finalized after the holidays. I was assured that this tournament will be 100% bullshit free. Let's hope they come through. Well that's it for me.
